In less than 3 years of existence, BRÂAM has established itself as the specialist in healthy, natural and committed company cafeterias. To reinforce its commitment to well-being and respect for Nature at work, BRÂAM announces that it has raised €2 million from Newfund, WaterStart Capital (NCI) and High Flyers Capital to launch the first 100% Zero Waste corporate cafeteria.
This fundraising will enable the start-up to reinforce its values, expand its team with new talents and grow further by developing a new 100% Zero Waste distribution model.
BRÂAM achieved profitability in 2019 with 250 client companies in France – more than 80% of which are medium and large companies -, a team of 20 people and 1% of its sales donated to the association Coeur de Forêt.
Alexis de Loynes, Co-founder, BRÂAM: “Thanks to the support of Newfund, HFC and WaterStart Capital (NCI), BRÂAM plans to double its workforce by surrounding itself with new talent (sales and logistics). BRÂAM will thus be able to rapidly reach the threshold of 1,000 client companies and 150,000 employees benefiting from its gourmet, healthy & natural products… and soon Zero Waste!’.
About BRÂAM :
BRÂAM entered the start-up ecosystem in 2017. Born out of the rejection of the industrial and tasteless “Coffee Camera” cafeteria, a place where stress is compensated by junk food and waste is produced, BRÂAM gives new meaning to the workplace break space. At a time when everyone is adopting a healthier, more natural and ecological lifestyle at home, no one has suggested that companies should adapt. That is why BRÂAM offers a Zero Waste alternative to the traditional company cafeteria.
